Studio Rules & Policies
We want everyone to have a beautiful space to be creative and make their vision a reality. To ensure this for each client the studio needs to remain picture-perfect after each session. For that reason, we have the following rules:

No Smoking of any kind or smoke machines​
No cannons/poppers that have powder. Please be sure to double-check this!
No Glitter
No Paint
No Sparklers
Only candles are allowed on cakes and must be supervised at all times!

Children must be attended to at all times!
​Pets are allowed! There will be a $25 cleaning fee.
​
If you use confetti/props of any type that leave behind a mess, please clean up at the end of your session.
All furniture must be put back how you found it at the start of your session. Failure to do so will result in a minimum $150 cleaning fee.​

Parking - There is parking directly in front of the studio & additional parking in the lot behind our building if needed.
Studio Lighting and Controls - Studio air can be set as low as 72 degrees. Please turn off all lights and close the curtains before leaving to help maintain a cool studio. Please put all furniture and props back where you found them. ​
Cancellation Policy - We do not offer cancellations; we only reschedule. All bookings are non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy - Please notify us at least 48 hours prior if you need to reschedule your session.
48-hour notice or more - full reschedule
24 - 47 hour notice - 50% off a future booking, no reschedule
Cancelations with a 24-hour notice or less will result in loss of booking as it is non-refundable.
