Love + Light Studio is a community-focus space dedicated to creating, capturing, and celebrating life's special moments. This beautifully designed, versatile studio is ideal for professional photoshoots, including branding, family, maternity, boudoir, birthdays, and beyond! It's also the perfect venue for hosting events like baby showers, content days, workshops, and more. Let our private studio be the perfect backdrop to celebrate YOU!
Who can rent the studio?
Anyone and everyone! Whether you are a photographer, content creator, influencer, designer, family or corporate business, our doors open to all members of the community!
Is a photographer included in our the studio rental?
The studio rental does not include a photographer; we operate on a BYOP (Bring Your Own Photographer) basis. Your booking only covers the studio fee. If you need assistance finding a photographer, please ask for our referral list and pricing. If you prefer to take your own photos, you're welcome to come in and create your own content!
What is included in my rental?
At Love + Studio, your rental includes everything you need for a seamless photography experience. Enjoy private access to the studio, giving you complete freedom to create as if were your own space. You'll find an array of props, seamless backdrops, professional lighting, and beautifully styled sets, along with convenient amenities like a restroom and spotlight to enhance your shoot. Everything is designed to ensure your creative vision comes to life effortlessly!
Am I allowed to move things around?
Absolutely! Feel free to move props, seats and sets to best fit your creative vision. When you are finished, all items MUST be put back where you find them to ensure the studio is picture perfect for our next guest.
What happens if I need more time?
Reach out to us via call or text if you need to extend your time. Extensions are subject to availability. You will be invoiced the price difference for booking duration.
Are pets allowed?
Of course! We love our pets, fur babies and all! There is an additional pet fee as we do have the cleaners come in for health and safety. Please ensure animals use the restroom prior to entering the studio. *When booking mini sessions, one pet fee will cover all the pets from your clients.
What props are included?
Can I bring my own?
Our online gallery features a variety of props for your use, including disco balls, flowers, plants, vintage phones, stools, chairs, and seasonal items. You're also welcome to bring your own props, such as balloons, confetti, and keepsakes, etc., to bring your vision to life! Please remember to clean up before you leave and take your props with you.
